What are the available trade terms and payment methods?
We support EXW, CFR, CIF, DAP, DDU, and DDP. For payments, we accept T/T, Credit Card, Western Union, and Bank Transfers.
What is your warranty policy?
We provide a two-year warranty for the entire machine, covering hardware replacement costs. Our software includes a lifetime warranty with remote technical video support.
